Srithilak Right Off the Assembly Line Join Date: May 2011 Posts: 2	How to connect a laptop with hdmi port to monitor with vga & dvi-d Port? I am using dell xps laptop powered by intel i7 with nvidia Geforce 425M graphic card where the laptop has got only hdmi port. I purchased Viewsonic VX2268wm 3D ready monitor which has got both vga & dvi-d ports. (I Used Dvi to hdmi cable but display is not coming in monitor & monitor light turns blue but system shows display is connected).How to connect laptop to monitor....Please solve the problem... Thanks in advance

There is a hot key on the keyboard, which has a DVI / VGA Connector symbol.
