Default Tata Sky connection sharing ?

I want to share the connection with my PC. So what hardware I'll require and the configuration ?

1. Tv Tuner Card (suggest one)
2. A splitter to split the connection in two ? Am I right. Suggest one.

And the procedure ?

Thanks.

I hope you are aware that will a single STB you will only be able to watch the same channel on both the TV and your PC simultaneously.

The splitters can be found in any eletronic shop. You need co axial or HDMI?

What kind of Monitor do you have? AFAIK, you wont need a TV Tuner with a HDMI one. And you will be able to watch only the same channel in both TV and PC unless you buy another set top box.

Which STB do you have? HD or normal?

You cant share the connection. That can only be done with the good old cable connection.

If you have the HD box then its dead simple. Just buy an HDMI replicator from the market and voila. Not sure about the SD STB

But he wants to view seperate channels in his TV and PC with (i suppose) a single STB.
