Hitachi RMA in Mumbai

I have a toshiba laptop, 2.5 years old. It has a hitachi 160 GB hdd. I used hd tune pro and it showed me quiet a lot of bad sectors. Also there was some other hdd health check tool that said that my hdd health was critical. I checked using the above mentioned tools after I ran the belarc profiler and in its report it showed FAILURE against hdd SMART. Does this mean that my hdd may be dying?
How to get its RMA done?
Laptop was bought from Canada.
I do not have Bill of the laptop
I have the serial number of the HDD which i checked after opening the laptop from bottom. But on hitachi website it says invalid serial
Done know why
It is a Hitachi HTS542516K9SA00 ATA Device 160 GB HDD.
