Online Games doesn't stress CPU at all/ Your CPU Fan might not have been installed properly, or maybe the FAN is jammed due to dust or soomething.

I have tried opening up and cleaning the CPU fan using electric blower..
But the problem still persists.
Is it time for me to say goodbye to my PC ?

Don't lose hope so soon pal
Try cleaning the inlet and exhaust fan of your case also.Sometimes improper air flow due to accumulation of dust or so also leads to working up of higher temp inside the case and the cpu indirectly.

Over the time the fans-especially the cpu fan and the rear exhaust fan start making a lot of noise.
I too had exactly the same problem as yours....I changed my cpu fan and the problem was solved
Try that once.

You would need to remove the heat sink fan assembly.
