Default BlueScreen Error

Hey everyone.
Sometimes when i run some games my computer restarts. For example my comp runs PES 6 with full graphics without any prob.
But when i run Fifa 06/ Fifa 05 my comp restarts whenever i start the game.
It is the same with NFS carbon and MW. They work with Details level 3(smoothly) but on level 4 it restarts. What is the prob.

Specs:-

Asus- P5SD2-VM
Pro- E5200 @2.50Ghz
RAM- 2GB DDR2
HDD - Seagate 160 GB
PSU- INTEX 450W(dont criticise i am going to upgrade my PSU)

what is the problem

Yes, try cleaning RAM check again..

May be some software bug too, or the game files might be corrupted.
The same thing happened with me when i was playing IGI2. I completed all the stages. But in the final stage it restarted itself and i was unable to play. That was due to corrupt game files.

Maybe due to motherboard or hard drive error.

But I feel it must be Ram. As you said during gaming it pops up.

Please chek your Ram with other mobo and other Ram in your mobo.
