Default Problem with my LCD tv Single AV input

i do have LG LCD 32 inch almost 1 year old... and i was using videocon d2h connection for this... things are fine so far....
but recently i purchased one Sony Home theatre system.. then i came to know TV has only one AV input.. so either D2H or Hometheatre can be connected at one time...

i want to know is there any device so that i can connect both AV inputs from D2H and HT and from that device i can connect to TV .. ..

or any other suggestions..?
