Help in driver download. What is OpenCL?

The AMD site displays two Catalyst Software Suites. One is with OpenCL Driver and the other without it.
Please advise which one is suitable for my motherboard (MSI GXM890_G65 with ATI HD4290).
2. The Optional Download tab shows - South Bridge Driver, HydraVision Package, AHCI for Windows 7. All these are with warnings of performance and interoprability issues, data loss/corruption and many others.
Please advise if I should download and install them or not.

I have heard about OpenCL only in the context of Apple Macs. Are you sure it was listed for Windows ?

If you are not sure about ll of these, it is better that you don't install them. Just install the basic drivers. Again other members in this forum are more knowledgeable about GPUs than me. They will suggest you better.
