Default changing motherboard

I have a dell inspiron 580s desktop. I was thinking what will happen if I change the motherboard with a new one have the same chipset or a different chipset.

I think the current Mobo chipset is " Intel H57" ...

Is this possible?

Will the system work without any need to install OS again?

what else do I need to take care of?

Will the dell recovery partition work after that? if not how can I install the OS as I do not have OS (win 7)DVD?

nah. you might see lot of driver conflicts and IRQ errors. It is better to do a fresh install.
