Samsung B2030 problem

i have a 20" Samsung Syncmaster B2030 monitor about 3-4 months old
Today i noticed that all the various Keys(Menu, Source, Power etc.) on the Monitor are not working
what do i do?
Everything was allright the previous day!

My syncmaster 2033 gave the same wierd problems. The menu buttons malfunctioned. In my case , brightness would increase automatically and the menu screen was always on. These continued for 2 months but has suddenly stopped now and everything is fine. Had contacted samsung guys and they said they will refund the entire money back as the model has been discontinued.

i bought the screen(Rs.6500) from my local dealer with valid bill

but i did't fill out the mail-in Registration Form nor the online form,
will that hurt my chances?

regarding ur problem just go to the dealer from where u boought the monitor and show him the bill
he'll take care of the rest

i am back at the forum after almost 3 months ( missed you guys )

now about the strange problem:
the problem has inexplicably stopped today morning (just like vickybat said)
now i am even more confused

about the online registration,
my dealer said the same thing
