No. I need the dump files. Post them to a online shared location. Last 4-5. Will run them through WinDebug utility.
Pick them from the path you mentioned "C:\Windows\Minidump\".

The first dump points to some Nokia service running on your system. You have Nokia PC Suite installed..?
The second one is pointing to Easy Energy Saver run by Gigabyte -- a motherboard utility. Try to turn it off.

Re: help system restarts up frequently...
^^
Turn off energy saver, and uninstall the Nokia software. All all the components one by one from the add/remove programs module.
Let us know.

Re: help system restarts up frequently...

I know what is Nokia Software. Just leave it off for a while, in the sense removed. We can find another alternative -- but need to get your system stable right...? Do not, uninstall and install the Nokia Suite back. Also turn off the Gigabyte energy saver module. Infact uninstall it.
