Default network card not working

hi everybody, I am having a trouble with my network card. bios is showing lan card as enable, physical connection to the ethernet port is present but still there is a red cross on the network icon. troubleshooting shows no cable is connected(although physical connection to the ethernet port is present). I tried with a different cable still no result. It happened to my laptop one before(same problem) and after 3 days lan card works fine automatically. What is the problem with it and how can I solve it without waiting for more 3 days. Again the ethernet port leds are not glowing when cable is connected to it.

^^
Remove the card and blow into the dock hard, place it back in.

True. Overlay all the chipset drivers once. Should be fine.

Try to run the Network card at low speed Set the link speed to (10Mbps /Full Duplex)
To do this go to Control Panel Network Adapter expand it and double click on ur network card name go to link speed and set the speed to (10Mbps /Full Duplex).
