Angry Experience with Samsung Monitor

I purchased Samsung TFT Monitor B2030 some time ago. After installing I found that the monitor is tilted towards the front. I could not adjust it. I called the samsung call centre who noted my complaint and transferred the call to technical personnel who on hearing about the problem told me that the monitor is fixed one and tilt cannot be adjusted. But, he ageed to send service personnel to my premises to find out a solution. The service personnel called me on the same date around 0200 PM and expressed their inability to send service man on the same date. As it was saturday and a holiday for me I requested them to send the person on the same date as because I will be available at home. I was told that they can send serviceman on Monday only. When I told him that I will be at office whole day he told me that the serviceman will contact me before proceeding and adjust for a suitable time. On Monday at around 1230 PM he contacted me and told me that they can send service man only between 0100 PM to 0400 PM and not at my requested time which was aroung 0630 PM. He also reiterated that the monitore is a fixed one and cannot be adjusted.

At a later date when I talked to the vendor he taught me how to adjust the tilt and my problem was solved.

My question is that

1. How the service person can tell that the model's tilt cannot be adjusted?
How come that being service personnel of samsung they didnot know that the tilt of the monitor couldnot be adjusted?

2. How can samsung not provide service at customers convenience and can impose service timings at their whims?

I placed the same queries to samsung through their website. But, they didnot care to respond even after one month.

I place my experience in this forum for information and opinion of other members.

At one time I believed that samsung made the best products. I saw a samsng digicam around 5 years back which had amazing clarity. My 14" ctv bought 10 years back had much better picture quality than my sony 21" ctv bought 5 years back.
But recently things have changed. I bought a samsung phone and found it lacking in every department. My friend bought a samsung monitor and it developed problems within a year. Uknown of the fact my brother bought a samsung monitor too. and what we find, the monitor is slightly tilted to the left, the stand is not stable at all, the VGA cable just refuses to go in and surprise surprise, it developed the same fault that my friend's monitor had developed.

If one were to see my posts in the in the last few months, I have advised every one to stay away from samsung. It is no longer a company producing quality products and cannot be trusted at all.

Somebody told me that samsung is best buy in respect of quality and service and I am now finding it to be otherwise.

There is no company (including A.P.P.L.E) which can produce every product as "PERFECT" . take NOKIA for example. everybody is familiar with the success of its one model i.e. NOKIA-6600 but when u ask people about Nokia Models like 5200 series, there r many reports of the quality of speakers of that phone. so my suggestion would be "BEFORE PURCHASING ANYTHING 1ST READ THE CORRECT REVIEW OF THE PRODUCT WHICH U WANT TO PURCHASE"
