Question

Display Help Screens distorts HELP HELP

Hi Junaid Here.I have a query when watching videos the image breaks up completely why is it so. That to only after long use or hot day and during gaming only after it.
My Comp config is:
MB:MSI P7N platinum (Nvidia Chipset )
CPU: Intel core2duo 8400
Graphic: MSI R5770 Hawk.
Ram: 2gb Transit
HDD : 500gb seagate.
SMPS: coolmaster 450watts.
