Help regarding µTorrent

I am having windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit,Kaspersky internet security 2011.I am using µTorrent latest version to download whenever I am download something it give me a error [the requested operation cannot be performed on a file with user-mapped section open] and download is stopped.

How can I get rid of this error?Friends help me please.......

I don't know if it helps, but try...

Go To Setting in KIS 2011
Select Application Control & Select Bit Torrent > U Torrent
Right Click on U torrent, Then To Application Rules
In Exclusion Tab > Tick on "Do Not Monitor Application Activity"

Then try Going into folder properties(Folder which is downloading) select Advanced and disable "Allow files in the folder have content indexed" Check box.
