webcam driver for windows 7

i using windows 7 64bit version
i have a frontech JIL 2225
the driver used to work fine with xp but in windows 7 its not working
i tried the "windows solution" (where they find the driver online) but that didnt help either..
any help in this regard will be much appreciated ..

try third party web cam softwares.. like Active Webcam..

what err you got when u tried the above two suggestions ?

1st one is a third party app.. but it requires the video filter in place... and that is my problem ..the cam driver intalls all fine but wen i try to use it ..it says cant load graph ..because .. "cant create video capture filter "

wen in xp ..amcap loads a filter its called sumthg like sonix ..
but in win 7 there is nothing under "devices"


2nd one is another app dat detects my cam and den it simply googles with my cam and its version as the query.. (which i hav already done a zillion times with consistent failure )....

Is ammcap working under win 7 with you web cam ?

Active Webcam is the third party app ...it basically controls a whole lot of cams.. but it requires the drivers in place... which is my problem.. the driver (amcap) install but it doesnt function .. as i hav previously mentioned ..
it works fine with my xp
