Unhappy Heat Problem

I have an HP Pavilion 2910 tx laptop.
It has Inel Core 2 Duo Processor.
3 GB Ram.Graphics card is nVidia GE Force 8400 128 MB.
My laptop gets too much heated.U can't even hold it from the back.
I used speedfan software and the temperature recorded were
GPU : 91 degree celsius
Temp1 : 73 degree celsius
Temp2 : 83 degree celsius
Core 0 : 81 degree celsius
Core 1 : 82 degree celsius

Will this high temperature result into the malfunctioning of my h/w.
Please advise me,how to resolve this problem.Should i use some external cooler.

Those are really high temperatures. Try monitoring the system resource usage. If your GPU, Processor are on full load then, figure out what applications are causing the load. Even for a full load the temps you posted are very high for a lappy. Get it to a service station.
