Exclamation CORE I3/540 4thread--Asus P7H55M-


Hi friends
Today I purchased a Brand new PC!
Configuration---

PROCESSOR:-INTEL CORE I3 (540) 4thread--3.06GHz
MOTHERBOARD:-ASUS P7H55M-PRO
RAM-DDR3 KINGSTONE 2GB
ATX+SMPS:-XTECH+VIP 400W
DVDRW:-MOSER bAER
HARDISK:-Segate 500GB
moniter :-SAMSANG 19`INCH LCD
KEYBOARD_MOUSE SET:-IBALL MULTIMEDIA
SPEAKER:- CREATIVE 2.1

TOTAL I GOT FOR Rs. 25,500/-

Window 7 Rating For This Configuration is 4.3

I bring that faulty machine to dealer N he given me instant replacement
of Hardisk WD sata 500GB WITH segate 500GB and new vip smps 400w

Problem occurs due to two faulty Hardwares HDD and SMPS

Ditch the power supply in any case. Try another sata cable. If it still doesn't work, get it checked on another system. If it doesn't work, send the sata devices for replacement.

do you get the bios screen ?

what I feel is that the problem might be with the PSU or even the HDD. check them on another system if possible.

also make sure the motherboard is fitted to the case properly without any extra metal/standoffs between... which might short some connections in the motherboard.
