Need a new psu (but not in a hurry)

Alright since my current psu blew up probably taking the mobo with it. I will need a psu that can last at least as long as its warranty.
I don't think my rig requires more than 400w. I don't play games all the time and i don't overclock. I have a custom power supply just for the case fans(3) and only one led fan runs from the psu power.
My budget is 3k max.
Also brands like cooler master and corsair are readily available to me. But if i go for fsp then i will have to buy online; which i don't wanna.
I'm gonna buy the psu by the end of this month or first week of november. so please suggest me a psu model which is worry free for casual computing and gaming.

cx400 will suffice for the rig on your signature. Alternates are antec EA 430 and seasonic 380w.

I'm not sure about gigabyte and seasonic psu availability. But thanks for letting me know the proper models. Now i can go and check the availability of these psus. I'll post pics after the purchase.
Too bad i can only connect it to my system when i go back home in december.

I will suggest you to buy a Corsair CX450. It would be a nice an apt choice for you, even for some further tweaks in future. and Corsair is best in the market

It was just a thought dude. This comp is now for my parents only. It will be a show piece. All i want is for this comp to turn on whenever my parents want.
