HP Deskjet F4488

I am planning to by HP Deskjet F4488. so i want to know should i refill HP Deskjet F4488 All-in-One cartridge? b'coz i read some where that hp now add chip in there cartage's so we can't able to re-fill it.

or plz suggest me good AIO printer (mostly prefer in HP)

Well I have a F4488 and it is still running on the stock cartridges so can't tell you about AIO cartridge as I do not know anything about it. The printer however is very cool. It is very cheap considering the quality of photo prints you can take using this printer. Scanner is also an added feature which I use heavily.
