Delhites - Where to get faulty cartridge replaced?

Hi guys/gals,

I bought an original HP color cartridge sometime back.
It hasn't been used much.

But today, it developed some problem by itself and is not being detected by my printer.
I checked and the printer is detecting another color cartridge.
So the problem is with the cartridge itself.
HP customer care was of no use.
The retailer (in Nehru Place) from whom I bought the cartridge told me that the cartridge would be replaced in Okhla. He didn't know the exact address.

I want to know, where can I get my cartridge replaced in New Delhi.
Exact address and/or contact number would be really helpful.
