Default Dell LCD monitor screen Changes Resolution on Wakeup

Hi i have a Dell IN1920 47 cm (18.5") Widescreen HD Monitor.I use Windows 7, Core i3 and intel 55PJ Board with onboard graphics. The problem is that every time the system boots up,the monitor auto adjusts the resolution so that everything will look fine, but if my machine goes in sleep mode or screensaver and when waked up,the resolution will be changed and manytimes i cant see the startmenu and the entire left area but will have a black area in the right side.Everytime this happens,i have to go to the monitor menu and do Autoadjust.then everything will be alright until it sleeps again.I had a similar problem when my display gets disturbed at every restart. But got it solved after i installed the monitor driver that i got with the dell monitor. But this problem exists.Any way to fix this..?
