Need Help - Display Garbled System Lockup

Hello , check the attached pic.. My display turns into this after about 10 minutes of using. It occurs more frequently if I play videos or use my tuner card.. I have to restart my system to get back to normal. But then again it freezes like these after some 15 minutes or so.. Also if using tuner card, when display freezes, audio is still working.. What may be the problem? ..please help..

My config:
AMD Athlon 3800+ 64bit
ECS RS232 MM Mobo
2x1 gb Kingston DDR2
Onboard Ati 1150 graphics (max 128mb shared m/m)
40Gb IDE+320Gb Sata
Generic psu 450W (new)
Running Win XP 32 bit Build 2600 SP2

My monitor is only 2 months old and is Acer G195HQ model, screen resolution set to 1024x768 @ 75Hz..

Check the monitor on another system. If it persists RMA, if it is fine, get back we can advice what to try out next.

also it may due to graphics card. try using graphics card of someones in your system or vice versa

Thanks for quick reply. . Though I doubt monitor may be the problem, but since its new, Thats what I'm worried about. . Unable to check it with another system ,coz there isnt one available nearby. .
Will try to take it to ma friend , but he's 6 kms away

Also my onboard graphics chip gets real hot when playing games. I wish the problem could be with onboard graphics, since I'm already looking for a card.. .
