Dell online purchase monitor

can any one provide me the feedback of dell online purchase monitor in idnai delhi? and is there any service center of dell in delhi for monitor?

I had ordered Dell U2311H on 17th Sept. which has still not been received by me. ETA is 21st October..which is more than 1 month.
The sales guy is co-operative but limited in help. It seems the package is stuck due to CWG in Delhi. The "order status" link on Dell's website is useless as it is hardly updated.

Dell doesn't have any service center. The service personnel from Dell will come at your place for service (till warranty) and later you will have to send the monitor to Dell for service.

As i read on facebook about complaints about delay etc . so i change my mind and thinking of buying samsung px2370 LED monitor.

It depends. I ordered my DELL, and got it in 48 hours flat. Service is good.
