Default External TV-Tuner

As Title says I need a External Tv-Tuner .I know their are only two good brands, AverMedia and Pixel view. But pls suggest any specific model u r using or u used or u know about.. max budget 2.5k

i have frontech external tv tuner till now it performs well and price is also less about rs 1100
