Default How to fix this wifi router problem

Hi guys,

I am using wifi connection in our hostel. But the problem is none of us are getting connected to the router and if getting connected, it shows "Local Connection" and cant access the internet. At times we get "Windows have detected an IP address conflict" error message. Please find the screenshot attached. If we connect it directly using the LAN cable it works great..How should we fix the router in this case? Any help would be appreciated.

Configure the router to allocate LAN IP addresses using DHCP. That would be the easiest way to solve the problem.

Information on the router's hardware would be helpful.

This is the reason why I have asked for information about the router's hardware and model.

Router is Linksys WRT54G . Again, If I am not mistaken, the DHCP server
options are enabled since I can see the relevant entries in the wireless network connection details..
