Default Repairing Bios Chip ?

Problem : No display but pc boots.

Already Checked :
1) Ram
2) Ram Slots
3) Power Supply
4) CMOS Battery
5) Cables

My friend had the same problem last month....Problem was in Bios Chip as told by shop owner.Now...everything working fine.

May be..in my case too...bios chip is creating problem.
Is there any way to repair it?
