Question PC Specs for FOSS Computer Institute

Please suggest good PC specs for my computer Institute (Opening shortly). The institute will run totally on FOSS & Open Source. Hence the PC should support following Operating Systems fully:
1. RHEL5 & RHEL6.
2. Fedora11 & Fedora13.
3. Puppy Linux (Latest).
4. Open Solaris (Latest).
However, I have following PC specs in mind:
AMD Athlon 2 X2 240 2.8 GHz Dual Core.
ASUS M2N68-AM SE2 mobo.
ATI Radeon 7000 Graphics Card.
1 GB DDR2 RAM.
Cooler Master Cabinet with 360W SMPS.
Logitech Mouse & Keyboard.
Seagate Baracuda 160 GB SATA 2 HDD.
Samsung 16" Anti Glare TFT Monitor.
600W Stabalizer.
I don't know that whether the AMD Athlon 2 X2 240 processor & ASUS M2N68-AM SE2 mobo will support all the above mentioned operating systems fully or not. Is the above mentioned PC specs come under Rs. 15,000/- in my Bilaspur city, Chhattisgarh?

Why do you want to buy a discreet graphic card? I think integrated graphic card should be enough. And go for 2GB RAM. Rest all looks fine.

Sorry for cutting in but is there separate CD for AMD or Intel based systems or just one will do? I asked this because the op seems to be confused regarding 'total' support in FOSS of proccy and mobos.

@n,tech7: Tell us more about your Institute-purpose, goals, targets, budgets etc.
