1. You have the memory clock manually set at 333/667 in BIOS.
Only option in bios is to select timing manually(CAS , RAS etc)

2. The RAMs are 667 types. In the days of DDR1, I encountered some Zion RAMs that were labeled as DDR400 but were actually DDR333. Some were detected by the mobo as DDR400 but could not run stably at that speed. The clock had to be set manually for DDR333 (basic clock 166). Others were labeled DDR400 but were detected as DDR333.

nop , when running with 1 stick it is showing as 800mhz
