UPS! trouble help!

my ups just turns off everytime i have a big fluctuation,i have a 650 smps but a 600 ups.it doesnt even store power,its about 2 weeks old,i think the flat has an earthing problem.is that it,or is it sumthing else

please help

yup... get your plugpoint checked...
can use it on any other plugpoint?
a 2 weeks old ups should not have such issues... unless it's bad.
what model ups are u using?

its Luminous 600VA

try doing 1 thing. remove the graphics card & switch to UPS mode (turn current off in mains) & see if it gives backup.

You may have done this buy -
Did you charge the UPS overnight or whatever is recommened by the manufacturer before you started using it?
Also, something with your kind of config is better running off a 800-1000VA at least.
