Question display problem

i am using acer aspire d260 netbook.a horizontal line is appearing on my display screen about 1/2 cm above the boottom display border.it turns green colored at the starting of the computer start up and at the end of the shut down(when the display color changes to some dark color like black) and turns pink color on remaining time.everything is ok other than this interruption.(it appears while playing games also)plz teel me what could be the problem and solution.THANK YOU.
