How to enable Turbo Boost in AMD 1055T?

Do we have to manually enable Turbo Boost feature of Ph II-x6-1055T?
If so, pl give step by step guidance to do so.
What is Cool n Quiet (CnQ)? Should it be Auto/Enable/Disable in BIOS?
My motherboard - MSI-890GXM-G65
OS- W7 64bit

IMO,turbo boost is a cpu feature,and should be enabled by default.

CnQ is a powersaving feature,earlier,it used to cause problem with the Phenom proccies. Phenom II s are fine tho. Auto should be fine.

its in Bios. need to check if its enabled.

Cool & Quite automatically underclocks the processor when in idle or when its not under load. it got a series of 2-3 points. usually at 800Mhz, 1800Mhz, ~2300Mhz. set it to auto.
