Only half of the LCD screen working!

today i switch on my old PC and saw that the TFT monitor isn't working anymore. it's a 15 inch screen.
half of the screen isn't shown while the other half is working. could anyone tell me the approximate repairing cost for this issue? can it be repaired?

I don't really think this type of a thing can be fixed. If you are lucky enough to have it under warranty, rush to the service center (most companies give 3 years warranty). If not, then get it checked in a hardware shop. But I think It's time for a new one.

it was fine until my 2 yra old nephew threw a mug at it. it's cracked.

any chances of getting it repaired? what could be the cost?

the cracked is not visible. the other half of the screen still works!

m taking it to the service centre day after. hope it helps though. thanx for your input guys.
