Can I use same cable for connecting "PC with Beetel 110TC1 ADSL2 + Router"
& connecting "two pc's" for file sharing ??

Mostly yes, but doesn't always work for some reason. Why don't you just give it a try? It should work, I ahve done this once. If it doesn't work, get a crossover cable, doesn't cost much
