Almost EVERY earphone at that price sucks. They all sound good when you buy them but within half an year one ear stops working. That's my personal observation.
Better think of increasing your budget and getting something which can last a handful of years or wait and see if someone knows an earphone at that price which does NOT go kaput within some time.
PS: Creative EP-630 OEM has great sound and bass, is an earplug type and costs around Rs. 350 and even THAT does not last over an year
