Lightbulb SSD Vs HHD


Hey,

i am a gamer and recently upgraded my system. now, i am looking for a good HDD for OS and game installation storage only.

i need approx 30-40 GB only.

confuse between HDD and SSD. please suggest me good one and what is the performance deference between both.

if you know any SSD then please send me model number and price.

SSD is really good for gamer because of its high read/write speed. It can largely reduce the waiting time in booting and game loading. If you look for the highest value option, Kingston SSD V 64GB is the one you won't regret.

Thanks, regarding budget. i already spend more then 70000/- for my Mobo+Processor+RAM+Two GPU + PSU + Cabinet.

now, i can only spend approx 5000/- for SSD.

do u know any good SSD within 5000/-. i need approx 30-40GB

your getting 60GB(Intel) around in 8K but i don't think there is any SSD available in 5K but will check it out 2moro again!

wats your location?

If your motherboard supports RAID, then why not configure RAID 0, if you cant buy a SSD now?

RAID 0 can double the original read/write speed. For example, if you have two SSD which has 180/50 Mb/s speed, you will get 360/100 after RAID 0 theoretically.
