Default Is old PSU enough or should I buy new one

Dear Experts,

I have newly bought AMD Athlon II X2 240 2.8Ghz, Gigabyte GA-MA785GM-US2H Motherboard. My old pc has PSU, may be zebronics 450W, is that enough or should I buy other one.

Thanks

that should be enough for your setup
as long as you dont add a graphics card

but how old is the psu really??
you should change it if it is more than 3 year old model

Thanks a lot for your concerned replies.
I am just curious to know whether it would be dangerous to my PC components if power is supplied through my old SMPS?

Thank you so much for your responses.

I am planning to buy FSP Saga II 500W Power Supply . Is it ok with quality-wise and future-proof ?

Thanks
