HD Tv Tuner card

hi guys, i recently bought a ps3 and i want to connect it to my pc to record its output on my hard drive. My problem is that i looked over the internet but cudn't find any HD tv tuner(720p at least). Those that i found required PCI-e 1x slot, i have two PCI-e 1x slots but one i occupied by Ati 4890's heat sink and on the other one i have Creative XF-i titanium intalled. so the only option i m left with is standard PCI slot (i don't want any external tv tuners). so guys plz help me. i can spend 7000rs max.
