for 14k you can get Dell U2311H from smcinternational.in (delhi)
it's a FullHD e-IPS monitor. response time is 8ms but I don't think that's a drawback at that price.

8ms with overdrive build in it so 8 ms doesn't matter

^^ BUDDY with overdrive build in this 8 ms is more like a 5 ms just check the review of this monitor you will get the concept of overdrive and AFAIK ips panels have high response time

many companies advertise response times of as low as 2ms, but those are false claims. They give gray to gray (gray-black-gray or gray-white-gray) response times which is very low and quite useless for all practical purposes (just like the dynamic contrast ratio figures). If you have seen those ads, forget about it. In reality, 8ms is quite good. the real figures of response time should give white-black-white time.
