urgent advice on pc....

just about to buy a new pc for my relative... probably tomorrow or day after.... (max budget 27k non stretchable)....

have zeroed on this.... the pc is for his 10 year old son who will play gta sa and nfs carbon....

will get each n everything except cabby n psu from smc....

Gigabyte MA785GMT-US2H @ 4.6k
kingston 2GB DDR3 1333MHz C9 @ 2.6k
seagate 500gb sata @ 2k
zeb bijli @ 1.1k

lg dvd @ 1.1k
lg b2020 @ 6.3k
logitech keybd + mouse @ 0.675k
canon i1980 (or something similiar) @ 1.9k

any last suggestions ????

since he is not going for a GFX card, i suggest go for a mobo which has sideport memory for the IGP

just 1 suggestion, get X3. about PSU, check if you can find Gigabyte 400W. else VIP 400W is also a good buy. specially when theres no graphics card.

I TOO INITIALLY THOUGHT OF GETTING THIS BUT AS IT ISN'T MY RIG, IF ANY PROBLEM HAPPENS, HE WILL BLAME ME.... SO getting at least a 460 one....

also, i too tried hard to find bio* 785g3 hd, but it isn't available at smc.... nor at surrounding shops....

get VIP 400W. 350W is a bit too low. also there shouldn't be any problem.

with sideport memory. i doubt you'll find any below 5k. settle for the Gigabyte GA-MA785GMT-US2H. performance won't take any big hit.
