Default Very serious help needed for buying a tft monitor

I need very serious help in buying a TFT monitor.

It will be used for long hours for Photo Editing, Gaming, Playing Videos, Drafting Word and Excel Documents.

I need a monitor with good view angle and soft images. If LCD Back Light is good for any uses mentioned above, then

it would be good to have it. IPS Panel based monitor could be great if available for budget expense.

Budget:
My Budget is roughly 5K and stretched up to 10K
I want your suggestions based on keeping an eye on quality rather than my budget.
Please tell me whether there is a monitor in 15" or 15.6" which meets my expectations.
If not tell me whether there is a monitor in 16" or 17" segments which meets my expectations.
If not tell me whether there is a monitor in 18" or 19" segments which meets my expectations.

Benq G2420HD or G2412HD (both 24'') costs around 10.5 to 11k..
they have practically very good view angles..
If u look for an LED back lit ones, go for V2200HD..(22'') should cost u around 14k..
