Default Dell xps mx1530 and dell sp2309w

Hello

I have got a few questions regarding the dell sp2309w monitor :

1) I checked dell's US and India website and saw different specifications for sp2309w....the connectivity options shown in the US site areVideo Graphics Array (VGA)
DVI-D
High-Definition Multimedia Interface (HDMI)
Audio Line-in
Audio Line-out

and on the indian site are

Video Graphics Array (VGA)
DVI-D

i also went through some unboxing and review videos on youtube and saw two completely different models for sp2309w. In some videos the sp2309w had all the features as mentioned on the US website and in some videos the sp2309 had the same look but different specs. For e.g the later videos lacked 360 degree swivel, height adjustment and had only VGA and DVI-D connections.

Whats going on????

2) i have a dell xps mx1530 with max resolution of 1280x800, so if i connect the sp2309w monitor with my laptop will it be a full screen display? For e.g my laptop supports 16:10 aspect ratio and if i play a 1080p video, will it be a full screen display on the monitor without the upper and lower black edges??
