[URGENT]0xc0000001 ERROR in New PC Please help

Hi,

When I Started to install Windows 7 on my new PC after coming from shop,i got this error
0xc0000001

winload.exe missing or corrupt
please help i urgently neeed it by friday

PS - bios shows RAM,HDD,DVDrw

Reinstall windows.

If it doesnt work, your disc is corrupt, get another one 7 then reinstall.

My HDD Is unformatted..Brand new.No OS is there....
Xp also gives Me a BSOD
After loading files finishes and the Choose partition Screen Is about to come

Please Please help me

Try a different OS disc... XP or 7, its your preference. Are you sure the installation media you have are working correctly?

Or, your RAM may be corrupt, that's a reason for BSODs. If its old, clean the golden ports on the RAM and insert it back.

RAM Was faulty...Got It Replaced...All OKay Now
