Re: PC for games within 19k- plz advise
Thanx for the suggestion bro, but exceeding 19k will be difficult for me now. May be after 12 months I can upgrade the Graphix card. For that I can compromise with the latest games.
How good is ATI 5450 -1gb (its supporting DirectX11). Whether separate power supply is required for it. Its price now is 4k.

don't get anything under:
ATI: HD5570 , HD4670.
Nvidia: GT240 (if pricing is below 5k) or 9600GT (pricing below 5k again).
else do yourself a favor, get a board based on 785G or 790GX chipset so you'll get graphics comparable to HD5450. or 880G/890G to get access to Sata 6Gbps along with good graphics.
also i'll simply suggest is, take Jaskanwar's first config. remove that card & try include 9600GT or HD4670 512Mb. else forget graphics card. get everything else, coupled with 4Gb ram. good for 1024X768 resolution gaming. don't waste money on crap things that becomes useless soon.

yes, 5450 is a crappy card, don't go for it. Also, don't buy Zion RAM, wastage of money again, buy kingston. Also do check the prices of jaskanwar's config in the local market, it might come downl to 20k. For gfx card, sam's suggestion is good, HD4670 or Geforce 9600GT would be good options. Make sure you get the GDDR3 version of these cards, retailers are ready to throw the DDR2 cards at you. In fact, you could also buy the DDR2 version to save some more money, but I don't think that would be a good idea from performance point of view.

Thanks everybody for all the excellent suggestions.
I think I will go with this combi. In Kolkata 240GT costs around 5.7K. May be 5670 will cost around 6k. But Iwill try to accommodate 5670. Is FSP saga II 350W will be ok to support 5670? No heating problem?
Hope I will be able to play Mafia II with this config.

5.7k is a bit too much for such a slow card. get HD5670 512Mb else settle for 1Gb version.
FSP Saga II 350W will jsut be ok. but future upgrade will be a problem. try the 400W unit. it cost just 400-500 bucks more.
you can run Crysis in full HD with most settings in mid or low setting. Mafia II will run easily.

Re: PC for games within 19k- plz advise
One question remaining. Whether ATI Radeaon HD5670 and Sapphire HD5670 are same? because the box and look for both the cards seems to be different.
Which one to go for?
---------- Post added at 01:23 PM ---------- Previous post was at 12:50 PM ----------
In internet I found out that ATI Radeon 5670 requires PCI exp 2.1 slot whereas Sapphire requires PCI 2.0 slot.
But MB Biostar TA785G3 HD has PCI 2.0 slot. Then is it ok to support ATI Radeon 2.1?????
Please suggest bcoz I will buy it today.

Re: PC for games within 19k- plz advise
both the cards are same. PCI express 2.1 is a standard and any card supporting this feature is backward compatible with 2.0 standard. Now ATi radeon HD 5670 for all the brands (including Sapphire) are 2.1 standard, but they do support PCI express 2.0 slots also.
