    Default laptop help with a budget of 40K

    Hey guy,i need help in buying a laptop with a maximum budget of 40k..it should support moderate gaming like sports games or so..this is basically for studies purposes but game support would be nice..can u guys pls help me decide on few models...Thanks

    acer acpire 5740g 39k

    best vfm lappy for moderte gaming. its got core i5 430m and radeon 5650.

    don't involve acer between DELL and sony.

    VOSTRO seems to be for professional use & Inspiron and Vaio are eye-candies.

    ^actually if you ask any person over here he will say no to ACeR. But as u r on low budget you can look over it as an alternative.

    i checked out dell 14r model at dell store in bandra mumbai...its approximately about 39k & acer model with similar confi was about a thousand less...can anyone tell me y acer is not advisable..am kind of a noob in laptops so...

    LOL..didn't know that...thanks for the info...so i finally ordered a dell 14R,with accessories & physical damage warranty,it comes close to about 40k...Thanks everyone for the help..was very much useful,now i have to wait for 12 days..

    nice purchase .congrats.

    well i would correct a blooper i made. the acer 5740g starts at 39k and the core i5 config costs arnd 44k smthng with vat.
