The budget is not only low, but almost nothing for serious gaming, casual gaming might be a possibility, let's see

Biostar TA785G3 HD - 4k
AMD Athlon II X2 255 - 3k
2 GB Kingston DDR3 - 2.5k
500 GB WD Blue - 2.1k
Zeb Bijli - 1.5k

This makes it 13.1k (most probably VAT will be extra making it 13.6k)

This board will run some games at low resolutions. You can get a Radeon HD4350 @ 2.5k and pair it in hybrid crossfire to get playable frame rates in most games.

It would be better if you would wait for some time & buy a graphics card later. This card won't really help much.

Very good suggestion Jaskanwar Singh. Ya, quad core CPU is a better choice. The OP is from Kolkata, so the processor will be available below 4.7k and also price of some of the other components are also lower.

Now one suggestion. Go for the Seagate HDD instead of Samsung. In indian condition, Seagate Hdds are reliable, they have 5 Yrs of warranty and their service is really good is Kolkata. Price is same (may be 100 bucks extra) for both of them.

For now don't go for cheap graphics cards. Wait a few days to get a good medium range card within 5 to 6k

Yes, quad core would be better than a low end gfx card if you could buy it later

no Biostar TA785G3 HD is better. its got ht3.0 support while GA-MA74GMT-S2 features only ht 1.0. bio has better graphics (hd4200) over hd 2100 of the gigabyte one's. moreover bio one supports 140w cpu support, sideport memory and so on. bio one has 785g chipset while giga one has 740g chipset.

get benq monitor...
