please run some graphics benchmark & report the temperature of the card here. i feel the card is the core of problem. or maybe Asus is the antagonist again

you are getting screen with stripes? This may be RAM problem or graphics card temperature going high
I suggest check yor RAM by running memtest86+ for an hour
Also list your PSU and its power rating. and do what sam.shab said

Please do the following, and check.

1. Remove the problem signature text. It is far too long. Attach it a text/notepad attachment.
2. Attach the last three(3) BSOD dumps you have.
3. Reset the system BIOS.
4. Update to the latest ATI Radeon drivers (Also let CCC install, and all the .NET frameworks).
5. Update to latest DirectX 11 Runtime.
6. Fully patch/update your system OS.
7. Install all chipset drivers for your board.

If you are not being able to remove legacy drivers use this method:

1. Remove all ATI entries from 'Uninstall Manager'.
2. Run CCleaner Registry Cleaner.
3. Create a restore point.
4. Reboot to save mode.
5. Run Driver Sweeper, and remove all ATI remnants and residual crumbs.
6. Reboot to normal windows and install the Catalyst flavor of choice.
7. Restart.
8. Verify driver version via GPU-Z and Hardware devices utility in Windows.

Link to Driver Sweeper is here.

Also which PSU are you using..?

^^
What I mentioned above will not harm your system, so you can do those. Meanwhile do NOT game on the system and/or run any stressing software (OCCT/Furmark/Intel Burn test etc..). Change the PSU when the Corsair unit arrives.

a good 400-450W PSU. that can deliver. not something that isn't even 50% efficient. FSP Saga II 400W/Gigabyte 460W/FSP Saga II 500W. all these 3 are good buys. get 500W if you plan to upgrade to a better card.

ow man, got something against intel?
It's Intex

Change your PSU (SMPS) to a corsair VX 450@3.7k or FSP Saga II 500W @2.6k immediately. I know the price will hurt, but if you don't change the PSU now, a burnt/blown up PC will hurt even more later on.
In the mean while, don't play games so that the gfx card is at low load & power consumption is low.

FSP Saga II 400W or corsair CX 400 should suffice
