Please do the following, and check.
1. Remove the problem signature text. It is far too long. Attach it a text/notepad attachment.
2. Attach the last three(3) BSOD dumps you have.
3. Reset the system BIOS.
4. Update to the latest ATI Radeon drivers (Also let CCC install, and all the .NET frameworks).
5. Update to latest DirectX 11 Runtime.
6. Fully patch/update your system OS.
7. Install all chipset drivers for your board.
If you are not being able to remove legacy drivers use this method:
1. Remove all ATI entries from 'Uninstall Manager'.
2. Run CCleaner Registry Cleaner.
3. Create a restore point.
4. Reboot to save mode.
5. Run Driver Sweeper, and remove all ATI remnants and residual crumbs.
6. Reboot to normal windows and install the Catalyst flavor of choice.
7. Restart.
8. Verify driver version via GPU-Z and Hardware devices utility in Windows.
