Need a Mic FOR RECORDING!

Hey People.
Im a rapper....Im only 15 so itll be a lil expensive to get recordings done in studios..so i have decided to do it at home.
Please suggest some Mics between 0.7k-1.5k suitable and pls suggest the room setup and software needed.
And would I be needing a good soundcard? I cant spend more than 0.7K on that!
Pls help...Urgent!
