Found new hardware- Multimedia controller

I don't know if I should make a new thread for this but as I did not see any basic Q&A thread, I thought I could make one.
I have installed a TV tuner card from pinnacle. Now it is not working and found new hardware keeps popping up. Even after I reinstall drivers it keeps happening. Please help.
