Connect your pc Ethernet port with a ethernet cable with ur router Lan 1 port. And connect Ur adsl modem ethernet port to Ethernet port of wireless routor with the help of another ethernet cable. And install the driver software of wireless router. After installing driver you have log in 192.168.1.1 and configure the setting and u must give wireless encryption security key just as wep or wpa. Then its done you can connect ur laptop wireless and surf the net.

connect u r desktop Ethernet cable to router's Internet port. and configure once again u r router.

u may need to bridge connection between u r desktops Ethernet network connection and usb network connections.. (control panel-> networks..)

first try without bridging..
