Frustrating USB port... pls help.

My mobo has 4 onboard usb 2.0/1.1 ports and 2 usb 3.0 ports...
It also supports 6 usb 2.0/1.1 via headers...

now the problem is any device connected to these ports works dead slow..
if they are connected to usb 3.0 ports they work fine..

see the transfer rate for a file when i connect the pen drive to 3.0 port.



transfer rate for the same file when i connect the device to ports other than 3.0...



when i connect any usb device to ports other than 3.0 , i get a msg as



i tried all ports...
i even dont find any usb 2.0 drivers in gigabyte website for my model..

880GM-USB 3 is my mobo model...

Check the USB port settings from BIOS.

usb 2.0 controller was disabled in bios...so was the problem..
